Congressman Blumenauer joined local elected officials and housing advocates to celebrate the 30th Anniversary of REACH Community Development Corporation. Recalling his many years of working with REACH Executive Director Dee Walsh, Blumenauer remarked, "REACH embodies the innovative and collaborative approach that draws delegates from all over the country to see Portland's livability. REACH's ability to engage neighbors and build strong partnerships has resulted in more than just housing, it has created a renewed sense of community."
