Twitter Blocked on White House Computers

While this video doesn’t address the issue in depth, my guess is that it has something to do with the Presidential Records Act which requires the preservation of Presidential records. If official communications were conducted using Twitter (or Facebook or any other medium), there could be problems similar to the ones that the Bush White House faced for allegedly using RNC email accounts for official communication and failing to preserve a record of the exchanges.
